How to treat acne with over the counter product?
Lately i have been getting alot of acne on my neck, and face. I think its the pregnancy thats making me break-out like that. In meanwhile what kind of over the counter product will treat red dots acne.

Step one wash your face thoroughly maybe with a foaming face wash try Aveeno foaming face wash.
Step two use a toner (any brand available to you).
Step three use Benzoyl Peroxide 5% or the highest they have avaiable try OXY or Clearasil or a generic brand. Use it all over the infect areas or areas prone to breaking out.
