drinking 2-4 cups …
drinking 2-4 cups of milk per week over a 4 week period is shown to aggravate and inflame acne in most people ages i believe 14-to early mid 20′s. Most teens experience it though. Skim milk is the worst. I find this to be true. I have to stay away from milk as much as possible.
