kind of. after you finish though you can’t eat any sugar. well you can, but it’s advised that you don’t. that means no sugary treats, candy, and soda. you should also limit the about of bread you eat. wheat bread or any bread with minimal amounts of sugar is best. not white bread though. otherwise you can eat anything else. it kind of worked for me. i was seeing drastic improvements, it came back though after a while.
