there are two things… that work for me….

One. put hydrogen peroxide and apply it to ur face with a cotton ball….

Two. Boil water….while waiting for the water to boil on the stove…get cold cold water with ice…. after the water boils…hold ur face over the steam…the steam will cause you to sweat and will clean out ur pores…hold ur face over the steam for 10 minutes…. THE SECOND AFTER TURN THE STOVE OFF AND PUT UR FACE IN THE ICE COLD WATER….thats to shrink your pores…

Do the Peroxide method starting once every two days the once a day….

Do the boiled water and iced water once a day….

i did these both and they work perfectly for me..im clear as a whistle

Tell her to cut out crappy carbs in diet….My son ditched pizza bagels and all the other useless flour products and drank a couple waters a day…2 weeks, serious diference!!!

tooth paste always works for me and a lot of people…..a good strong tooth paste I prefer and have had the best luck with Colgate or the blue gel kind work good. The whiting kind don’t work that well at all. But, it really helps and works. Who know that something strong enough to clean your teeth can clean your face? but also be careful it can dry out your skin but same goes for most acme medication. Just have lotion on hand and you’ll be all set.

Omega-3 and Flax Seed oils can help skin problems, and so can Castile soap. They both balance out the body's fatty-acids, thus getting rid of acne/eczema and other skin problems.
