Photo diary of my journey to hell, and back again thanks to the demon, acne. This tracks the most exhausting year of my life – the gruelling regime of hydrogen peroxide and real volcanic mud which cured my acne. The moral of this story is don’t delay, act quickly and stick with it.

This is not a quick fix – ‘The Regime’ was a 2-3 hour session EVERY NIGHT for months. One night when I was too exhausted to work on my skin, in the morning the acne had fought back aggressively.

If you have acne and especially if you are on course for Roaccutane/Accutane, research Benzoyl Peroxide and real mud.
