Drinking Water To Clear Skin – Acne Free Tip

In order to get rid of your acne and cure it for good you need to make sure that you are hydrated. You should be drinking 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. This is a rule to live by, but if you live in a warm climate or are getting exercise then you should drink more like 60% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Most people that have acne are dehydrated, so it’s important to drink enough water so that your cells and skin stay hydrated. Water acts like an internal shower which helps clear up your acne and give’s you clear skin. Be sure to drink water instead of soda, juice, energy drinks, coffee or anything like that.
